Participation Fee

For graduate students from Turkey is 1000 TL 

The Fee For Academic Staff from Turkey is 1500 TL.

Payment Information:

Note: Authors are kindly requested not to make any payment for the participation fee before receiving the acceptance letter for their submitted papers. The participation quota for presenters from Türkiye is limited to 45%.

Participation fees must be transferred by November 11, 2025, with the participant’s full name and the number of submitted papers clearly stated in the payment description, to the IBAN number provided below.
