Congress participation certificates will be sent by Monday (01 December 2025). If you submit your full paper by December 5, 2025, we will include it in the Proceedings book.

Abstracts should be prepared using the Abstract submission template and sent to info@uesbk.org by e-mail.

 

Guidelines for Abstract Formatting

  1. Word Count
    Abstracts must contain a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 250–300 words.

  2. Font and Size

    • Use Times New Roman, 11-point font throughout the main text.

    • The following elements must be written in 12-point font:

      • Article title

      • Author names

      • Institutional affiliations

      • E-mail addresses

      • Abstract text

      • Keywords

    • For figures, tables, and similar components, the font size may be determined by the author as deemed appropriate.

  3. Line Spacing

    • The line spacing should be set to 1.25.

  4. Paragraph Formatting

    • Do not indent the beginning of paragraphs.
