SEND SUBMISSION

CONGRESS PAPER BOOK (ISBN)

A participant can send 2 abstracts at most. Abstracts should be organized according to the web page's abstract or full text template and sent to info@uesbk.org.

The works you have presented at the congress are published in the Proceedings Book (ISBN).

Proceedings will be published on the congress website at the time specified in the congress calendar. There is no obligation to send full text to congress.

Matters to be considered:

• You must send your abstracts and full texts (full text is not required) to the e-mail address of the congress you will attend until the time specified in the congress calendar.
• Congress proceedings are published electronically. After the publication, one copy is sent to the relevant ministries and institutions. After this stage, the books become like printed works. Therefore, no additions or deletions can be made to post-publication books.
• Studies published in congress proceedings are considered as Abstract or Full Text Abstracts according to associate professorship and incentive regulations (not considered as book chapters).

Important Note: 

The congress complies with the criteria for associate professorship, academic incentives, and appointment and promotion. Participation from Türkiye is limited to 45%.

The members of the congress organizing committee have official assignments. The relevant documents are included in the congress proceedings book as supplementary materials.

Peer Review Process

• All article submissions are evaluated by the scientific board.
• "At least two referee opinions are taken."
• "The acceptance/rejection decision is made as a result of the referee reports."
